Melissa is the Principal Solicitor at Mastronardi Legal. She was admitted to practice in 2010 and has worked exclusively as a family law solicitor since January 2011.
Melissa has strong ties to Regional New South Wales. She was raised in Dubbo and, after studying in Canberra and practising in Wagga Wagga, she returned to Dubbo in 2014. Melissa is passionate about supporting and engaging regional and rural young lawyers. She developed the Guide to Living and Working in the Orana Region to assist young lawyers transitioning to life in the Central West.
Melissa is an Executive Councillor of NSW Young Lawyers, Vice-President of the Orana Law Society and Chair of the NSW Young Lawyers Bushweb Regional Issues Committee. She is also a former Young Lawyers Delegate for the Orana Law Society and South West Slopes Law Society.
In 2016 Melissa was nominated for the NSW Young Lawyer of the Year.
As a regional family lawyer Melissa is also focused on improving family law services for regional clients. Melissa has been the Dubbo Representative to the Regional Committee of the Family Law Section since December 2015.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys photography, quilting, history and spending time with her friends and family. Melissa is an avid supporter of the Sydney Roosters.

Tim is an Associate Solicitor at Mastronardi Legal. Tim was admitted to practice in 2013 and has since practised in family law and criminal law. Tim has also worked for several major insurance firms in Sydney, gaining experience in CTP, Workers Compensation and general insurance matters.
Tim was raised in Wagga Wagga and attended the University of Wollongong where he studied Arts (History and Politics) and Law. Tim returned to Wagga Wagga in 2014 where he worked at a private law firm with Melissa.
Tim is focused on providing the best possible outcome for his clients and prides himself on his ability to explain complex legal issues in easy to understand terms. Tim is a passionate advocate.
Outside of work Tim enjoys reading, Netflix, and watching Rugby League. Though it can be difficult sometimes, Tim is a loyal supporter of the North Queensland Cowboys.

Wendy is a Legal Assistant at Mastronardi Legal.
Wendy grew up in Sydney and lived Cape Town, South Africa for 14 years. Since returning to Australia in 2007 she has made a home in Dubbo with her two children.
Wendy has worked in the legal industry since 2014 and as a family law assistant from 2016. Wendy works closely with Melissa on a wide range of family law matters providing our clients the support and assistance they need to work through the family law system.
Wendy enjoys gardening, watching cricket and netball and spending time with family and friends. Wendy is also a Student Ambassador for TAFE NSW.
Dee is a Legal Assistant at Mastronardi Legal.
In 2013, after a career change, Dee started working in the legal industry running the office of a busy law firm and assisting with family law matters. In 2016 Dee moved into the role of a family law assistant working with our principal solicitor. In October 2018 Dee joined the team at Mastronardi Legal.
Dee was born and raised in Dubbo and now raises her own family in Dubbo. Dee likes to keep busy and enjoys taking her children to their activities.
When not working with us, Dee operates her own nail business. Dee is a qualified Beauty Therapist and Nail Technician with over 15 years experience in the beauty industry. Dee is also a qualified Child Care worker. When she does relax Dee enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoying Dubbo’s local cafés. Throughout the winter months Dee can regularly be found cheering on her husband’s soccer team.
