Divorce fees
Our divorce matters are offered to clients at a fixed fee.
Our fixed fee includes all the work that is required in a typical divorce matter. We provide our clients a clear cost disclosure before we commence any work on their matter which sets our exactly what work will be covered by your fixed fee.
If your matter involves any issues that are not covered by our fixed fee, we discuss this with you before we undertake any additional work.
For matters where there are children under 18 years of age, our fixed fee includes appearing for you at the divorce hearing. For clients who hold a Government Concession Card we offer a discounted fixed fee.

CONCESSIONAL HOLDER FEE $1,300 incl. GST
