Tim is an Associate Solicitor at Mastronardi Legal.

Tim works tirelessly to ensure his clients emerge from the family and criminal law systems with the best possible outcome. He prides himself on his ability to explain complex legal issues in easy to understand terms. Tim is a passionate and experienced advocate.

Tim was admitted to practice in 2013 and has practised in family law, criminal law and insurance law. Tim has had a diverse background, working in small suburban and regional criminal and family law firms, as well as several major insurance firms in Sydney where he gained experience in CTP, Workers Compensation and general insurance matters. 

Tim was raised in Wagga Wagga and attended the University of Wollongong where he studied Arts (History and Politics) and Law. Tim returned to Wagga Wagga in 2014 where he worked in a private law firm with our principal solicitor, Melissa. In 2019 Tim jumped at the opportunity to once again work with Melissa and join the team at Mastronardi Legal.

Personal: Tim enjoys reading, Netflix, and watching Rugby League. Though it can be difficult sometimes, Tim is a loyal supporter of the North Queensland Cowboys.
