Our family law matters are billed at an hourly rate. Our team member’s hourly rates are based on their years of experience, their skill and expertise.

Billing our clients at an hourly rate lets us work with clients to reduce their legal fees. Each of our solicitors has a dedicated legal assistant and all matters are allocated a paralegal. Our legal assistants and paralegals work closely with our clients on day-to-day matters to reduce your fees.

Wherever possible, we take steps to reduce the cost of your family law matter.  Our solicitors will discuss costs with you throughout the matter and encourage you to make commercially sensible decisions.

To ensure there is no bill shock at the end of your matter, we bill frequently. We provide continual updates on your current costs and updated estimates on your future costs.
