Mediation fees

Melissa is an accredited mediator with the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards. Melissa offers both online and face-to-face facilitative mediations in accordance with the Australian National Mediator Standards.

Face-to-Face Mediations

Parties are welcome to hold their face-to-face mediations at the Mastronardi Legal Dubbo Office, located in the Endeavour Court Building, 137–139 Macquarie Street, Dubbo, NSW. The room hire cost includes two conference rooms, access to Wi-Fi, tea, coffee and light catering through your mediation.

All-day free parking is available behind Mastronardi Legal, with entries via both Bligh Street and Wingewarra Street. An open-air carpark is also available at Dubbo Square, nearby the Mastronardi Legal office.

  • Including intake conferences with each party (if requested), all preparation and the first six hours of the mediation or part thereof:

    $2,970 incl. GST 

  • Including intake conferences with each party (if requested), all preparation and the first three hours of the mediation or part thereof:

    $1,980 incl. GST 

  • For any time beyond the full or half day mediation:

    $440 per hour incl. GST

  • Including two conference rooms at Mastronardi Legal (Dubbo office), tea and coffee and light catering:

    $440 incl. GST
