After many years of representing clients at mediations, Melissa completed her training in May 2025 to become a nationally mediator under the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards.

While Melissa has a particular interest in family law matters, she is available to assist with a wide range of disputes. She conducts both legally assisted and non-legally assisted mediations. Melissa offers both online and face-to-face facilitative mediations conducted in accordance with the Australian National Mediator Standards.

Melissa offers full day mediations (6 hours) and half day mediations (3 hours). Parties are welcome to conduct their face-to-face mediation at our Dubbo office.

Melissa’s mediation fee includes an optional intake conference with each party. This provides an invaluable oppertunity for the parties to meet Melissa and obtain information about the mediation process before they attend their mediation. Parties are asked to book their intake conference at least 5 days before their mediation.
