Our divorce matters are offered to clients at a fixed fee.

Our fixed fee includes all the work that is required in a typical divorce matter. We provide our clients a clear cost disclosure before we commence any work on their matter which sets our exactly what work will be covered by your fixed fee. For clients who hold a Government Concession Card we offer a discounted fixed fee.

If your matter involves any issues that are not covered by our fixed fee, we discuss this with you before we undertake any additional work.
